Refund & Return Policy

1. Cancelling before production

You may cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of placing it, as long as production has not started. Contact us with your order number and we will confirm your cancellation and refund.

2. Custom made-to-order wheels

• ·Once production has begun, a custom-built wheel cannot be resold, so it is non-refundable — unless it arrives defective or not as ordered (see below).
• ·Choose your options carefully; our team will confirm your configuration before starting the build.

3. Defective or incorrect orders

• ·If your wheel arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your confirmed order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
• ·We will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law.

4. Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery on arrival. If the packaging is damaged, note it with the courier and photograph it, then contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it with the carrier.

5. Warranty claims

Electronic failures and material or manufacturing defects that appear after delivery are covered by our 1-year manufacturer warranty (see our Terms & Conditions). The wheel must be returned to us for inspection so we can determine whether the fault is a product defect or customer misuse before any repair, replacement, or refund is issued.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or by bank transfer, typically within 14 days of approval. Any free installation already performed will be deducted or re-invoiced where the fault is not attributable to us.
