1. About us and these terms

Products on this site are aftermarket accessories, not OEM parts, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

2. Orders and made-to-order products

• ·Every steering wheel is handcrafted to order to your selected options. Images are illustrative; each wheel is individually made and may differ slightly from photos.
• ·Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email, after which the order enters production.
• ·Prices are shown in your selected currency for convenience; the amount charged and any applicable VAT/duties are confirmed at checkout or in your order confirmation.
• ·Estimated build and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Payment

Payment is due as described at checkout or in your order confirmation. We will never ask for your card details by email or chat. If any payment instruction you receive looks unusual, contact us before paying.

4. Airbags, buttons, and installation

• ·Airbags are not included. The airbag from your original steering wheel is transferred and reused during installation, and an airbag cover is included with every order.
• ·The buttons from your original wheel are transferred to ensure OEM response and fitment.
• ·Installation should be carried out by a qualified professional. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from self-installation or unqualified work.

5. Shipping

Free shipping and installation are included with every order as described on our product pages. Delivery terms for any special or remote locations are confirmed at checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

Because our products are made to order, our cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Warranty

• ·Every steering wheel carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.
• ·The warranty covers only: (a) electronic failures — faults in the electronic components we installed, such as LED modules, buttons, and wiring; and (b) material and manufacturing defects — faults in materials or workmanship that arise from our manufacturing process.
• ·The warranty does not cover: damage from misuse, negligence, or improper use; accident or impact damage; normal wear, including wear of leather, Alcantara, or grip surfaces; track or competitive use; self-installation, unqualified installation, or any third-party work; unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly; damage from improper cleaning products, chemicals, or heat exposure; or cosmetic wear such as scratches and fading from daily use.
• ·To make a claim, contact us within the warranty period with your proof of purchase, order number, and photos or video of the issue.
• ·The wheel must be submitted to us and inspected by our team before any warranty decision is made. We determine whether the fault is a covered product defect or results from customer misuse, improper installation, or another excluded cause. No repair, replacement, or refund will be issued before this review is completed.
• ·If the inspection confirms a covered defect, we will, at our option, repair or replace the affected part or wheel, or issue a refund as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
• ·This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020).

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, and imagery — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
